Age Restrictions

In all three countries, the sale of e-cigarettes to persons under the age of 18 is prohibited:

Netherlands: Sales to individuals under 18 are prohibited under the Dutch Tobacco and Related Products Act.

Age Verification

To comply with legal requirements, we apply the following verification methods:

In-store purchases: Customers must show a valid government-issued ID (passport, national ID card, or driver’s license). Student cards or other non-government IDs are not accepted.
Online sales:
- Netherlands & Belgium: Online sales of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited.
- Germany: Online sales are allowed, but only with strict digital age verification and ID check at delivery.

Product Compliance

All products sold by QUALITY-VAPES meet the following legal standards:

Nicotine content: A maximum of 20 mg/ml nicotine, in accordance with the EU Tobacco Products Directive.
Volume limits: Disposable vapes contain a maximum of 2 ml; refill bottles do not exceed 10 ml.
Packaging: All products include legal health warnings and conform to standardized packaging rules.

Flavor Regulations

Netherlands: As of January 1, 2024, only tobacco-flavored e-liquids are allowed. All other flavors are banned.

Advertising & Display Restrictions

Belgium & Netherlands: Advertising, promotion, and sponsorship of e-cigarettes are prohibited. Products cannot be displayed openly in stores.
Germany: Advertising is permitted under restrictions, and must not target minors.

Online Sales

Netherlands & Belgium: Online sales of e-cigarettes and refills are fully prohibited.
Germany: Online sales are permitted, but must include strict age verification measures.

Customer Responsibility

As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that you are 18 years or older, and that purchased products are not supplied to minors. QUALITY-VAPES is not liable for misuse of products after purchase.
