6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund.

  • Refunds are issued at our discretion and only for products that meet return eligibility.
